What is a validated rating?

This is an assessment of your professional level, formed based on verified feedback about soft skills, hard skills, and performance from colleagues you actually worked with. All reviews go through moderation and verification stages: we check the fact of collaboration and request confirmation from the person who left the review.

This allows us to reduce the risk of biased or unfounded assessments and ensures that the rating is based on real interaction experience.

How to get verified feedback?

To receive verified feedback, send a request to those you worked with before — managers, colleagues, or leads. They will be able to leave feedback about your work directly on the platform.

After the review is added, we will contact the author to confirm that the collaboration actually took place. Only after this will the feedback be included in the validated rating.

What's needed to generate a resume?

To generate a resume, simply fill out your profile. Based on the entered data, the platform will generate a complete resume for you — no need to create anything additional.

How can I share my profile on Validowl?
